This one day workshop will apply the old film concepts to the new digital age. During the course of this workshop, students will improve upon their metering skills as it applies to the digital camera. More importantly, however, they will be challenged to make dramatic black and white images they can ultimately hang on their wall as art. Students should bring 5-6 of their favorite images in jpeg format. Students will learn selective color BW, duotone techiques and how to make their BW digital apperar naturally film-like.
