Second Monday Lecture Series | May 10 | 7p.m.|
Grace Beahm

Grace Beahm is a photojournalist who has been working for the The Post and Courier for nine years. She started shooting for newspapers as a photography student while at Montgomery College in Rockville, MD when she was 19 and graduated with a BS in Visual Communications from Ohio University in 1999. By the time she started at the Post and Courier she had worked for six different newspapers and seen the last days of the wet darkroom transform into the digital workflow of today.
Being a photojournalist she has photographed everything from birth to death and all the little amazing moments we are blessed with in between.  She will talk about working as a photojournalist and photographing the things that make you happy.
