FAQ

A phone consultation before your sitting will give both you and the photographer an opportunity to get to know one another.  This intial meeting allows a more open forum for questions and creativity.  But these frequently asked questions may help answer some of your questions ahead of time so that you can make the most of your consultation.


How do we begin?

When you call to book your appointment we will set a time for a phone consultation ahead of time and you'll be asked a lot of questions that help us get to know you and your needs for the session. The answers to these questions help us guide you in planning your portrait session.


How far will you travel?

A 30 mile radius of zip code 29403 after that it's $.50 per mile.


What should we wear?

It is our recommendation that you wear solid colors.  You don't have to wear only black or white, colors can be nice but be sure that the items on all family members match or harmonize as that provdes the best looking portrait.  Stay away from prints or patterns because they play funny tricks throught the lens.


Can we bring a change of clothes?

With our two hour sessions you will have the option and opportunity for a wardrobe change, perfect to show a more relaxed side after the serious pictures are out of the way.


How long will it take to receive my portrait package?

Up to three days.


Can we bring our pets to our family portrait session?

Yes you can bring Fido along with you to your family's portrait session, and because they are a member of your family we charge accordingly... $25 per pet. 
*Another word on pets... the Photographer retains the right to refuse any pet that may pose a danger to Photographer or Staff.
