Introduction to Multimedia | 6 weeks

This class is designed to introduce students to multimedia storytelling.  We will focus on sound recording and interview techniques, as well as the process of marrying photos and audio together.  Students should have a solid grasp on digital photography before taking this course, and will need to provide their own digital sound recording device.  Individuals in the class will create their own slideshows on a subject of their choosing

Special Note – Students may use their own laptops, but must have Soundslides and Audacity software programs by the first day of class. These two programs may be downloaded online.
