The Charleston Center for Photography will now be offering camera cleaning

Camera maintenance specialist, Nate Lett, will be available on demand to clean your camera gear. He has been a photographic and satellite maintenance specialist for over 10 years with a special emphasis on Nikon equipment for the last five. However, he can clean just about anything.


GET YOUR EQUIPMENT CLEANED

Cleaning will be conducted on Friday evenings. The gear will be ready for pick up in one to two weeks. Please call ahead (843) 720-3105. We ask you drop your equipment off by noon on Thursday so we can notify the camera maintenance man.


WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Inventory of equipment: make, Model, & Serial number (i.e.: Nikon D80, ZX5959L)

  • Specify what you would like done on each piece (i.e.:clean chip)

PREPARING YOUR EQUIPMENT

  • Leave a flash card inside your camera (to test/shoot)

  • Make sure all batteries are fully charged

  • Bring a 105mm lens ( may be a zoom or fixed)

WE CANNOT....

  • Provide maintenance on any full-frame cameras (i.e.: Nikon D3)

  • Mail out camera equipment to manufactures
