Certification Program

The Certification Programs at The Charleston Center for Photography are meant to provide participants with a solid base to enter into the “real world” of photography in today’s market.  The newly revamped programs have been constructed to most efficiently and effectively prepare the participants for their selected track of study.  Participants will select one program of study from the following three programs: Wedding Photography, Commercial Photography, or Photojournalism. 

Once potential Certification Program participants have decided on a particular program, they are required to submit the “Certification Program Entry Form” in order to notify the Charleston Center for Photography of their intent to enroll in the Certification Program.  Participants will be assigned an advisor, and will be required to meet with their advisor before beginning their studies.
