Photo Assistant Level 2 Certification

- If a photographer has been assisting or second shooting for a while, the natural progression is to enhance their skills to get an edge (more Money) over the competition. Therefore, broadening ones skills is a must in the photography industry. CCforP has created a follow-up course track for the more advanced photographic assistant and second shooter.

To obtain a CCforP certification, students must complete the above core classes and workshops. After completing the required curriculum, students will be asked to submit their digital portfolios for review by a panel of CCforP staff. Additionally, the final portfolio must be displayed online through a BLOG created by the student and the BLOG will be up for review as well.

Students will be required to act as assistants on at least one commercial photography assignment and one wedding event. Two letters of recommendation by the primary commercial and wedding photographers will be submitted with digital portfolio.
